What experience do you have with corporate events?
I have five years of professional experience documenting events for a wide variety of industries including international corporations, tech startups, non-profits, local news publications and major universities. I have done everything from week-long conferences to holiday parties and everything in between. I am used to working with event planners and creating a shot list that guarantees success.
How will we get the pictures from you after our event?
All of the files from your event will be uploaded to an online gallery within one week of your event. You will receive a PIN that allows you to download the web and high resolution digital files directly from this site. You can also share the gallery with guests so that they can post their photos too. Here's a sample album. I've found this method to be the most effective and efficient way to transfer files to my clients.
Can we get pictures during or immediately after the event to share on social media?
I understand the importance of social media. All of my event packages include 5 same-day edits to make sure that you get the most value out of your event photography. I am happy to add in additional day-of edits or expedite the entire editing process to one day for an additional fee.
Will we be able to use the images for marketing purposes and on our website?
All of my events include an Editorial Use License built into the cost. This means that you are free to use the images for journalistic or educational purposes. Images can be used in newspapers, magazines, as well as blogs and social media. In addition, you can use the images to promote the same or similar events in the future. Clients also have the option of purchasing a Commercial Use License which would allow you to use the images to sell or promote a product, service, or idea.
Can you take headshots of our employees or guests at our event?
Large group events are often the perfect time to plan headshots because all of your employees are in the same location at one time. I love offering headshot booths at events, however, it is not included in our event photography services as it requires additional equipment, set-up, and editing. Do you offer photo booths for events?
I have partnered with one of the best photo booth in St. Louis to offer you and your guests a top notch experience. The packages are simple and all inclusive. Please ask for more information when you request a quote.
Do you have insurance?
Absolutely. I am happy to provide proof of insurance for your event as needed.
